Lady Eagles 53 Northwestern 14

The Lady Eagles defended home court in dominant fashion, rolling past the Northwestern Tigers 53–14. Oak Hill set the tone early, jumping out to a 15–2 lead after the first quarter and never looking back. The defensive pressure was relentless, forcing 36 turnovers on the night, while the offense played unselfishly with 20 total assists. Landri Hardman orchestrated the offense with 12 assists to go along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. Erika Newhouse contributed across the board with 6 assists, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals. Bri Dailey led all scorers with 16 points, Morgan Cates added 13, and Kora Pond reached double figures with 10 points while also grabbing 5 steals. The Lady Eagles are back in action at home Saturday against cross-county and conference rival Eastbrook. JV will play two quarters starting at 6:00 PM, followed by the varsity game with a 7:00 PM tip.
