The Oak Hill Lady Eagles extended their winning streak to 17 games, closing strong with a 17–3 fourth quarter to best the Marion Giants, 46–33. Oak Hill’s defense fueled the decisive final stretch, clamping down on Marion and turning stops into timely offense. Bri Dailey led all scorers with 16 points, while Morgan Cates provided a steady scoring presence with 11 points. Landri Hardman orchestrated the game on both ends of the floor, finishing with 6 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 steals, consistently controlling tempo and putting teammates in position to succeed. Lilly Edwards added a strong all-around performance with 7 points, 2 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals, while Kora Pond contributed 4 points and 5 assists. Pond’s biggest impact came defensively, as she held Marion’s leading scorer 14 points below her season average, a key factor in Oak Hill’s dominant fourth-quarter run. The Lady Eagles return to action Saturday in a huge conference showdown on the road against the Alexandria Tigers.
