The boys came out very sluggish 24 hrs after a big emotional victory at Marion, and had a 10-8 lead after the first quarter. The next quarter they won 20-0, taking the game under control, ultimately getting a running clock in the 3rd quarter winning 55-19. Seven different players got into the scoring column: Will Tonagel had 11 points and 4 rebounds. Beckham Lamb had a big game off the bench scoring 10 points with 3 rebounds. Landon Cruzan had 10 points and 2 rebounds off the bench as well. Jace Tonagel finished with 9 points and 2 assists. Luke Elzinga finished with 8 points and 3 rebounds. RJ Shugart had 4 points and 2 rebounds. Jayden Younce had 3 points and 4 rebounds. The Golden Eagles finished the CIC 7-0, and are now 19-1 on the year. Come out and celebrate our seniors: RJ Shugart, Landon Watts, Beckham Lamb, Corbin Dailey and Kaliq Simmons, as they play their last game on their home court this Tuesday night as we take on a good Northwestern team.
