Golden Eagle Freshman Cooper McQuiston took 2nd in his Prelim Heat of the 100 Yard Freestyle in a time of 46.07 at Friday's IHSAA State Finals earning a spot in Saturday's Top 8 Medal Round A Final. The time sits 6th after prelims. McQuiston will compete in the A Final for a Top 8 All State Podium Medal Saturday.
