The OHTF Golden Eagles fought hard Friday night at home hosting the annual Grant 4 Championship Meet ultimately coming up 1.5 points short of their 16th Grant 4 Title in the last 19 seasons. In a meet featuring one of the closest team battles in recent history and entering the meet on paper as the possible 3rd place team the Golden Eagles gave themselves all they could ask for which was a shot late. Ultimately a very talented and deep Misssinewa won with 71.5 points winning their 2nd straight Grant 4 Title. The Golden Eagles finished with 70 points while a very dangerous Eastbrook team was 3rd with 64.5 and Madison Grant 4th with 37. On the night the Golden Eagles won 4 of the 16 events.
