The JHTF Lady Eagles won the 2026 Central Indiana Conference Meet Saturday at Madison Grant with 138 points. The Lady Eagles won 4 events and in all recorded 14 Top 3 finishes. Eastbrook was 2nd with 124 points while RJ Baskett was 3rd with 74. 8th Graders Kourtney Volmer and Mileigh Miller led the way as both were multiple events winners. Volmer came away with 3 wins on the day. She won the Long Jump, 200 Meter Dash, and was part of the winning 4x100 Meter Relay. The relay also included Miller along with classmates Quinn Massey and Kenzie Bowland. Volmer also was part of the 3rd place 4x400 Meter Relay which included Miller along with 6th Grader Lakyn Blair and 7th Grader Rose Wyrick. Miller had a strong day as well adding an individual win in the 100 Meter Dash. She also took 2nd in the 200 Meter Dash to Volmer. Bowland collected a 2nd in Long Jump behind Volmer while Massey took 3rd in the 100 Meter Dash behind Miller. 8th Grader Allie Tonagel earned a pair of runner up finishes in the High Jump and 400 Meter Dash. Blair did damage in the distance events earning a 2nd place finish in the 1600 Meter Run and a 3rd in the 800 Meter Run. 8th Grader Lucy Devers took 3rd in the 2400 Meter Run. 8th Grader Felicity Bishop was 2nd in the 100 Meter Hurdles and 4th in the 400 Meter Dash behind Tonagel. Other Top 8 Place "scoring" finishers - Brooklyn Bollhoefer 4th 800 & 8th 1600 Verity Bishop 5th 100 Hurdles Brooklyn Disney 7th 2400 Alaina Smiley 8th HJ Madison Wynk 5th Disc & 8th Shot Put Erik Reno 6th Disc The Lady Eagles have 3 meets this week Monday May 4th and Wednesday May 6th at home while competing in the Marion Invitational Saturday May 9th.
