Registration for athletics for the 2026-27 school year is now open through FinalForms. Please complete your athlete's registration at: https://ohusc-in.finalforms.com/ For the 2026-27 school year, all high school and junior high athletes must be fully registered in FinalForms and have a current physical on file before they will be allowed to begin practice. This requirement also applies to 6th-grade students who participate in junior high sports, including cross country, wrestling, swimming, track, and golf. Please complete these requirements as soon as possible to ensure your student-athlete can participate on the first day of practice. Physicals must be completed on or after April 1, 2026, to be valid for the upcoming school year. The IHSAA physical form can be found at: https://www.ihsaa.org/sites/default/files/documents/2026-27%20Physical%20Form.pdf Completed physical forms may be uploaded directly to FinalForms or turned in to a coach or school office. High school fall sports practices will begin on August 3, 2026, with the exception of girls golf, which may begin on July 31, 2026. Practice schedules will be distributed in the coming weeks. Junior high fall sports will begin after the start of the school year. Additional information regarding junior high practices, meetings, and schedules will be shared as we get closer to the beginning of school.
