The junior varsity defeated Maconaquah last night during their opening match. Stats and scores are listed below. 25-14 25-12 Kate Elzinga led the team with 4 aces. Gia Berry and Lily Johnson both contributed 2 aces a piece. Lily Johnson led with 4 kills. Kate Bajor and Ava David each had 3 kills. June Burtner and Sierra Synder each had a block assist. Gia Berry ended with 12 digs and Kate Elzinga finished the night with 11 assists. The junior varsity will play at home Thursday, August 20th, at 6:00p.
