The Boys Varsity Soccer team traveled to Eastern tonight to play the Comets. The Eagles started out the game in control with Senior Luke Elzinga scoring the first goal of the game unassisted. The Comets were determined to make it a game and scored so going into the half it was tied up 1-1. The Eagles made some adjustments and came out strong in the second half to dominate the score the rest of the game. Senior Luke Elzinga continued scoring for the Golden Eagles in the second half. He had the second goal of the game assisted by Senior Manny Mora. He then scored again assisted by Senior Caiden Jones for his hat trick. He then went on to score his 4th goal unassisted and then scored his final goal of the game with an assist by Tayt Bowlin. The Eagles closed out the game with a 5-1 final score for the win!
