Oak Hill High School

The JHXC Lady Eagles and Golden Eagles competed in the annual Marion Invitational Saturday held at on the Indiana Wesleyan University Course. The event featured 25+ schools. Both teams battled tough conditions and weather delays to earn Top 10 team finishes. The young Lady Eagles were a strong 7th overall in the 25 team girls field with 218 points. Lakyn Blair was the top finisher on the day with a very respectable Top 20 finish in 18th. Other Lady Eagles to earn Top 75 finishes in the 200 athlete field were Brooklyn Bollhoefer in 40th, Aun'Draya Guy in 57th, and Brooklyn Disney in 67th. The boys earned a 10th place finish in the 26 team field with 292 points. Ellison Beights led the Godlen Eagles with a Top 50 finish in 43rd. Zaden Adkins also grabbed a spot in the Top 1/4th of the field in 47th. Other Golden Eagle Top 75 finishes in the 200 athlete field were Wesley Hagan in 60th and Caleb Morgan in 69th. Both squads compete in the Maconaquah Invitational Saturday September 12th.
