Oak Hill High School

The JHXC squads competed in the nearly 20 team Maconaquah Invite Saturday and posted arguably their best meet of the season on both sides coming away with multiple season and lifetime bests. The Golden Eagle boys ran to a very impressive 2nd overall in the 18 team field scoring 98 points. Western won with 68. Ellison Beights led the way with a 14th place finish. Joining him in the Top 25 were Wesley Hagan 20th, Zaden Adkins 21st, and Caleb Morgan 22nd. Griffin Boswell 40th and Luke Clark 45th both posted solid Top 50 finishes as well. The Lady Eagles had another solid consistent performance taking 4th in the 18 team field. The Lady Eagles scored 88 points and were led by another Top 5 finish from Lakyn Blair who earned a medal in 5th overall. Brooklyn Bollhoefer and Brooklyn Disney earned solid Top 25 finishes in 17th and 22nd respectively. Aun'Draya Guy 28th, Kelly Grant 30th, and Paisley Stewart 31st were all Top 35 finishers as well. The JHXC teams host a meet Thursday September 17th and then compete in the Grant 4 Championship Meet Saturday September 19th at Mississinewa.
