The Boys Varsity Soccer team set out to get another HUGE CIC win on Saturday and did just that. The Golden Eagles spread out the assists and scoring making for a great team win for the boys. Senior Luke Elzinga started out the scoring with the first goal of the game unassisted. He then went on to score another goal assisted seven minutes later. Next, Senior Cayden Jones scored a goal assisted by Senior Jace Tonagel. Cayden Jones then scored another goal assisted by Tayt Bowlin. Finally to close out the 1st half, Cayden Jones scored again for his third goal of the game and a hat trick with the goal assisted by John Bisdorf. The Eagles continued with the momentum into the 2nd half of the game. Kaymen Johnson scored his first Varsity goal off an assist from Ethan Leas. Ten minutes later, Ethan Leas scored his own goal for the Eagles unassisted. Next, John Bisdorf scored his first Varsity goal unassisted. Finally, Senior Garret Summers scored a goal assisted by Luke Elzinga to close out the 9-0 victory for the Eagles. Way to go Boys!! The Boys Varsity Eagles play Monday at home vs. Western.
