OHXC Lady Eagles Finish 7th Place in 40 Team Culver Academy Invitational - Woodard Top 15 Medalist

The OHXC Lady Eagles closed out a busy week with a highly respectable 7th place finish in the 40 Team Closed Division (Class 1a-2a-3a) at Saturday's Culver Academy Invitational. Fresh off their Grant 4 Championship this past Tuesday the Lady Eagles battled through to score 193 points for 7th. South Bend St. Joe was the event Champion with 86 points. Senior Lady Eagle Audrey Woodard was the lone Top 30 Medalist on the day earning a medal on the Podium in 14th. Sophomore Quinn Brunner finished just off the Top 30 Podium taking 38th. Senior Abby Sneed and Freshman Rossi Skinner were both also Top 50 overall finishers taking 47th and 50th respectively. The Top 5 Varsity Scorers was rounded out by Sophomore Lilly Snyder coming in 71st. The Varsity Top 7 also included Junior Kaitlyn Scalf in 85th and Freshman Lilly Hunt in 88th. Woodard, Brunner, Sneed, and Snyder combined to drop over 5 minutes from last year on the same course in the same meet. The Lady Eagle's concluded the regular season portion of the schedule with a record against 1a-2a-3a schools this fall of 91-17 with only 7 of those losses coming against Class 1a-2a competition. The Lady Eagles compete for a Central Indiana Conference Championship Saturday October 5th at Indiana Wesleyan University.
