Oak Hill High School

Over the weekend the JHXC teams competed in the annual New Haven Classic held at Huntington University. The event features over 50 junior high teams that are post race broken up into school size classification. The Lady Eagles squad was 10th overall led by 2 Top 50 finishers in 8th grader Isabella Ybarra in 32nd and 7th grader Verity Bishop coming in 50th. The Golden Eagles were 15th overall led by 7th grader Brantley Blair who earned the program's only Top 25 Medal on the day taking 5th overall in the small school division. Both teams compete Tuesday October 1st at Marion and then conclude their season Saturday October 5th in the Central Indiana Conference Meet held at Indiana Wesleyan University.
