Oak Hill High School

Oak Hill traveled to Whitko High School and finished in third place with a 4-1 record in the second Whitko "Matt Zoontz" Classic on Saturday, December 28, 2024. Oak Hill finished second in Pool B with a 3-1 record after losing to North Miami 55-23 in the final round of pool matches. North Miami beat Fort Wayne Dwenger (Pool A winner) by a score of 44-29 to win the meet championship. Oak Hill had three undefeated wrestlers - Gage Pearce (5-0 at 157 lbs.), RJ Trevino (5-0 at 190 lbs.), and Thane Jones (3-0 at 285 lbs.). Four wrestlers were 4-1 - Manny Mora (113), Lucas Lawrence (132), Cayden Jones (150), and Jared Prickett (215).
