Oak Hill High School

Last night the Oak Hill Jr High Lady Eagles beat Madison-Grant 28-18. Oak Hill started off with a 7-2 lead in the first quarter, but Madison-Grant battled back to go into halftime 12-8. Luckily with some full court pressure in the second half, the Lady Eagles were able to get some steals and stretched the lead out. The Lady Eagle scoring was pretty even for the night with Brylie Speicher leading with 6 points, Aleese Warnock and Kalinn Larimore with 5 points a piece. Kalinn also had 5 offensive boards. Elayna Cates chipped in 4 points along with 5 steals. Ava David had 9 steals on the night and June Burtner had 4. The 8th grade plays in the Grant Four this Saturday at Oak Hill at 9am against Madison-Grant.
