Game 1 vs Madison-Grant: The 8th grade Lady Eagles set a different tone to begin this game versus the last time they faced the Argylls. They won 22-9. They started in a trapping press which caused Madison-Grant to have some trouble and scoreless in the first quarter. The scoring was very even between all the Eagles, but Brylie Speicher led the group with 8 points, 6 steals, and 4 offensive rebounds. Overall, almost all the girls contributed in the game with steals, shots, and rebounds. Game 2 Championship vs Mississinewa: The Lady Eagles were able to come out on top after a hard fought game against the Indians (35-26). The first quarter ended with both teams tied 10-10 and going into half-time the Eagles were up 17-14. The Indians came out ready to play the 2nd half taking the lead 22-17. The Lady Eagles rose to the challenge and started off with a steal and layup to start the 4th quarter. They were able to keep the momentum going with good defense and creating shots on offense. One player in particular sparked the energy, scoring 9 points the 4th quarter: Brylie Speicher. She ended the game with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Kora Weller had 6 points along with 6 steals. Ava David ended the night with 7 steals and 5 rebounds.
