The Golden Eagles traveled to Alexandria and found themselves down 11 points with 2 minutes to play in the first quarter. They ended the quarter down 18-11. Then the Eagles went to work and won the next 3 quarters 48 to 20 to win going away by a final score of 59-38. The Golden Eagles were led by Jace Tonagel with 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists. RJ Shugart scored 14 points with a rebound, assist, and a steal. Ryan Lawson stepped up with 9 points and 5 rebounds. Landon Watts had 5 points, 3 assists and a pair of rebounds. Luke Elzinga had 4 points and 3 assists. Landon Cruzan had 4 points. Owen Middlesworth rounded out the scoring with 2. The Golden Eagles are now 10-3, and 4-0 in conference play!
