Practice for high school fall sports will start Monday, Aug. 4th.  Student-athletes must have a completed (since 4/1/25) physical on file with the athletic office or turn it into your coach before you begin practice/tryouts. Students are expected to come with proper equipment/shoes etc.…to participate in practice/tryouts.  Students are expected to attend all practice/tryout sessions unless prior arrangements have been made with the coach. Schedule: (This schedule is for the first week, coaches will hand out yearly practice schedule during first few days) High School Sports Cross Country- 3:30pm - 5:15pm (meet in pool lobby).
