Boys Varsity Soccer wins 7-0 against Eastern

The Boys Varsity Soccer Team had a big win last night against Eastern at home. The Eagles were hungry for a win and came out hot right out of the gate. Titus Thompson was able to find the back of the net scoring a goal assisted by Manuel Mora just minutes into the game. Minutes later, Luke Elzinga scored a goal assisted by Manuel Mora as well. Luke Elzinga went on to scored his second goal of the game against assisted by Manuel Mora. The scoring continued with another goal by Luke Elzinga for his hat trick on the night this time assisted by Titus Thompson. With 5 minutes left in the first half, Titus Thompson was able to score again for his second goal to put the Eagles up 5-0 going into halftime. The Eagles continued strong starting the second half and found the back of the net again with a goal by Manuel Mora assisted by Dylan Baker. Finally, Ethan Leas scored a goal unassisted to close out the game for the Eagles with a final score of 7-0. Ben Babinski had 5 saves in goal on the night. The Eagles play Thursday night at home at 7:30 pm.
